We offer a comfortable stay for all our patients at our hospital facility. Our Inpatient rooms have been designed to provide the comfort of a home environment. All our rooms are air-conditioned and are provided with extra bed/cot for the attendant who comes along with the patient.

Services available at the hospital

We have a 24/7 Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Pharmacy services available for the patient and attendant at the hospital. All patient rooms are cleaned regularly and patient meals are served judiciously as prescribed.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is operated by trained chefs and nutritionists who ensure that the food is cooked under hygienic conditions and maintaining the nutritional value of the food. We do customize meals for our patients and attendants. *

* Please note – we do not serve non-vegetarian food at the hospital.

In case, the patient and /or attendants wish to stay near the hospital for ongoing treatment or until complete recovery, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department. The patient care team has a list of hotels/service apartments/ guest houses/ 5-star hotels near the hospital. You can select your stay depending upon your budget, prior to or post the treatment.

If your stay is for a long period of time, you can opt to stay at – service apartments, homestays and short-term rental houses nearby the hospital.

Post the confirmation of your date of arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative from Medical Associates Patient Care team. Foreigners Registration will be done at the time of your arrival. There will be a pick up arranged for you at the airport. The pickup service (an ambulance/ICU ambulance/private vehicle) shall be arranged depending on the patient’s medical condition. Other assistance like language translation services and currency exchange will also be available on request.

You will be escorted by our representative to the hospital or the hotel, based on your itinerary. In case, you need to change your appointment date or time, kindly inform us in advance so that we can make arrangements accordingly.

Upon arrival at the hospital on the day of your consultation, you will be welcomed by our International Patient Care team. You will be assisted in the registration process and later for the doctor consultation.

You are requested to carry the following documents to the hospital’s International Patient Care Centre:

  • Identity Proof
  • Insurance card
  • Any referral notes from the previous doctor
  • Recent medical reports (including scans, X-rays, blood tests etc.)
  • A detailed report and prescriptions of the ongoing drugs
  • Your appointment letter
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Card

After the consultation with our doctors, our staff will take you to your respective ward/room

Translation Service

Translators and Interpreters can be provided to the patients who do not speak English. It is requested that the patient/family must convey the need for a translator at least 48 hours in advance, so that prior arrangements can be made for the same.

Safety & Security

Safety and security of our patients is always be our top priority. The entire hospital is under continuous CCTV surveillance and the security staff is always on alert keeping the patients safe and secure at the premises.

If the doctor feels that your health condition is normal and you are ready to fly back, you will be discharged from the hospital with a Fit to Fly certificate. You will be discharged, with proper care instructions and medication regime along with prescriptions for continued care.
